Fruit Balls (dairy, soy, nut, egg free)

  • 1 cup dried apricots, coarsely chopped

  • 1 cup medjool dates, pitted and coarsely chopped

  • ½ cup raisins

  • ¼ cup ground sunflower, pumpkin, or flax seeds


If desired, cover the fruit in brandy, and let soak overnight before grinding the fruit in a food processor bowl. Roll the processed fruit into balls. Roll the fruit balls in the ground seeds. Store in the refrigerator in a tightly sealed container.
