“Michigan Gold” Barbecue Sauce (tomato & tomatillo free)
1 cup yellow mustard 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar 1/2 cup real maple syrup 1 teaspoon Worcester Sauce 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper 1/2 teaspoon onion powder 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan and bring to a boil over low heat, whisking constantly, until the sauce starts to thicken.
